Job Description:
As a SF B2B Commerce Solution Architect, you will design and lead the implementation of complex B2B commerce solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
•Design and architect B2B commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud
•Develop technical specifications and solution designs
•Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
•Ensure integration with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
•Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues
•Stay updated with the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce features and capabilities
•Collaborate with Product and technical teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
•Own the design of Salesforce B2B Commerce stream and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions
Required Qualifications and Background:
•7+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce implementation
•Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud certification, other certifications are a plus
•Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and B2B business processes
•Experience with Salesforce DX, Apex, Lightning Web Components
•Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong communication and presentation abilities
•Leadership experience in guiding technical teams
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
•Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
•Adaptability to changing project requirements and technologies
