- Proven ability to understand client needs and propose multiple tailored solutions.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, activity flows, and implementation.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

- Translate data into actionable insights and opportunities.
- Work seamlessly in Agile teams (bonus points for Scrum experience).
