Your role:

  • Gathers data to come up with ideas for new products and features, including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on.
  • Defines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning.
  • Communicates and create buy-in for the product vision to the stakeholders to obtain market share for the product.
  • The position requires the ability to write business requirements that should be transferred into technical Salesforce requirements. As well as creating and maintaining the product’s documentation necessary to facilitate change and to add clarity to all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. All Products must be accompanied by proper documentation.
  • Balances between the needs of the product clients, company and development resources.
  • Advocates for the product and the team members to all stakeholders.
  • Manages and assists with Apex (code-based) and declarative testing to detect and fix issues to make necessary improvements.
  • Gathers customer feedback to improve the product further.
  • Drive product launches, including working with the PR team, executives, and other product management team members.
  • Oversees product throughout the product lifecycle and tracks product performance, including product use and impact on end users.
  • Prepare recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
  • Constant increase in Salesforce adoption across the company.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work with developers to build Apex solutions whenever declarative development is not leveraged.
  • Perform product demos.
  • Maintain a list within a Project Management Tool with all respective team projects, priorities, and tasks.
  • Monitor and track team members' backlog execution according to already coordinated deadlines.
  • Other activities that contribute to optimizing business processes and the use of business solutions to meet company objectives.

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in product management or as an associate product manager role.
  • Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a goal-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • The role requires strong project leadership, experience in managing technical projects, fluent understanding of different PMO methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and technicalitie.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Salesforce and CRM experience is required.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Fluency in English - written and verbal.

  • A Project Management Certification.
