Job Summary: The Salesforce Engagement Specialist is essential in enhancing the effectiveness of all Salesforce improvement and supporting team members across various departments to maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Support: Deliver engaging training sessions on Salesforce functionalities and best practices to empower all users.
• Resource Development: Create user-friendly sales collateral, training materials, and guides to facilitate learning and usage across the organization.
• Salesforce Optimization: Continuously improve Salesforce configurations to streamline workflows and enhance user experience for all users.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for process enhancements that benefit the entire organization.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity within Salesforce, implementing necessary rules and automation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales support or CRM-related role.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Attributes: A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $65,500.00.
