Salesforce Developer

Job Overview

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and development of our Salesforce environment. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and development skills to effectively support our business needs. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for Salesforce and a strong understanding of both its administrative and development capabilities.

What You'll Focus On

• Salesforce Development (60%)
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (API, web services).
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Administration (20%)
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular data backups.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis (10%)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Document technical designs and solutions.
• Testing and Deployment (10%)
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations and developments.
  • Deploy changes to production environments following established procedures.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (required).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with data modeling and database concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).

Working Conditions
