- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on integrated systems and Agile team environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced oral and written English skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer service platforms, using integration tools, APIs, and middleware.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions within Agile delivery methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and integration with other systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to support Agile project delivery and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure the stability, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
- Work with business analysts and scrum team members to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
