Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development:
Assist in building custom objects, flows, and components on the Salesforce platform.
Develop and debug Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
Support system integration efforts by working with APIs and external systems.
Data Administration:
Perform data imports, updates, and exports using tools like Data Loader or Workbench.
Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup tasks.
Support the creation of reports and dashboards for business users.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Business Analysts to implement business requirements.
Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions.
Document processes, learnings, and best practices for reference and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Salesforce Skills:
Knowledge of Java/JavaScript/HTML/DBA is mandatory
Familiarity with Salesforce basics, including objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools is a Plus.
Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components is a plus.
Data Administration Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) or similar data analysis tools.
Understanding of data models, ETL processes, and tools like Data Loader or Tableau is a plus.
AI Knowledge:
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications.
