Job Description

• Analyzing and aligning business requirements and user stories with the client.
• Designing business process automation based on the Salesforce platform.
• Designing the integration of Salesforce with the client's legacy systems and third-party platforms.
• Providing analytical support for the client and the development team 
• Shaping the solution, determining the use of standard functionalities, deciding the extent to which the "low code" approach will be used, and where custom solutions will be applied.
• Configuring the solution and automating processes using Salesforce's declarative tools.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce technology.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools.
• Hands-on experience in implementing at least one Salesforce product (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, Commerce Cloud, or other applications on the Salesforce platform).
• Experience in implementing business processes, working with clients and development teams, and understanding key architectural concepts and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Excellent command of both English and Polish at an expert level, communication skills, and a desire to work in an international environment.
