Job Summary
CloudMasonry is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Consultant to lead the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or consulting and a strong technical background in CPQ configuration, approvals, pricing, and quote automation. This role requires client-facing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage project resources and coordination from a technical standpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Hypercare: Act as a subject matter expert (SME), interacting directly with clients during hypercare to ensure seamless post-implementation support.
CPQ Configuration & Customization:
- Build guided selling, product dimensions, and multicurrency setups within Salesforce CPQ.
- Configure approval rules, approval chains, tracked fields, and approval templates.
- Develop Product Rules, Price Rules, and record-triggered flows to streamline CPQ processes.
- Create quote templates and dynamic quote terms to support sales teams.
- Implement CPQ-based amendments and renewals to manage contract lifecycles.
Technical & Strategic Consulting:
- Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ architecture, customization, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and business users.
- Assist with OmniStudio Doc Engine (a plus) to enhance CPQ automation.
Project & Resource Management:
- Ensure quality control of deliverables and drive projects to completion.
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce.com
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile project methodologies
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to travel 25% as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (highly preferred)
- Experience with OmniStudio Doc Engine
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, Apex, SOQL, and automation tools
