Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Application Manager to join our Mitel IT team, responsible for managing and maintaining the companies various Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms with emphasis on Salesforce Communities. This role involves contribution to the entire development lifecycle, from project prioritization and requirement engineering to development, testing, release, and support for features serving both internal and external users. You will act as a liaison between technology and business, ensuring Salesforce functionality and processes are optimized through creative problem-solving. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution and change management of Mitel's Salesforce ecosystem, while analyzing and consolidating business requirements. Impeccable communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Digitalization: Implement automated functions in Salesforce to enhance efficiency.

  • Process Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design processes in Salesforce.

  • Process Improvement: Work with Business and IT on implementations, changes, and improvements based on business process- and solution design-documentation.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with business users and managers to define project scope and required features.

  • Development: Collaborate with the in-house Salesforce development team on new features and the implementation of requirements.

  • Partner Communities: Contribute to the implementation and deployment of Partner Communities.

  • Requirement Development: Develop detailed business and functional requirements.

  • Requirement Assessment: Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.

  • Consulting: Offer ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus.

  • Project Management: Manage small to mid-sized projects effectively.

  • CRM Administration: Provide point-and-click administration and configuration of the CRM system.

  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, releases, and upgrades, and propose and support the implementation of CRM enhancements.

Requirements:

Required Experience:

  • Over 3 years of professional experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Experience in Salesforce Experience Builder and Salesforce CMS

  • Salesforce certification is strongly preferred

  • University degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in developing requirements for CRM projects or implementations.

  • Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is preferred.

  • Experience with Atlassian Jira

  • Experience with channel business organizations and distribution channels.

  • Business fluency in English and the ability to work in international teams

  • Critical evaluation skills to gather information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and understand user needs.

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all related systems and processes.

  • Understanding of complex business workflows and processes.
