As a Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as a trusted business partner and primary technical resource within our Revenue Operations team. In this hybrid role, you will manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform and tech stack integrations while analyzing and improving sales processes and business workflows. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive scalable solutions, support user adoption and troubleshooting, and ensure our tools and processes align with revenue goals. This position is key to creating operational efficiency and delivering insights that drive business growth. 

Salesforce Administration & Technical Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and manage the Salesforce platform, including user management, permissions, security settings, workflows, and customizations using industry best practices.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that align with business requirements using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Assignment Rules, Permission Sets, Approval Processes, Page Layouts, Dynamic Forms, and other declarative or programmatic features.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other tools and systems to ensure seamless data flow, proactively recommending enhancements to keep the tech stack modern and efficient (e.g., Salesforce Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Data Enrichment Platforms, CTI platforms, BI tools, Backup Solutions, Datalakes etc).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues while providing responsive end-user support and training.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and new features, preparing for and managing regular releases to ensure minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
  • Maintain and optimize sandbox environments for testing, training, and feature rollouts.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, project management standards, and Agile methodologies.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements, document and explain existing processes, and deliver solutions that improve user productivity and data integrity.
  • Analyze sales workflows and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and align with revenue goals.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making and support revenue objectives.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear business language, ensuring stakeholders understand system changes and their impact.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience (80+ users) with configuration, maintenance, support, and integrations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in both declarative (Flow, Process Builder) and programmatic (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce API) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and general SDLC principles.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and BI tools, plus experience integrating third-party apps via AppExchange or APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Solution-oriented, agile, and coachable, committed to continuous learning and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with dual-sided marketplaces or multi-product environments is a plus.

Physical Demands
