Duties & Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce to maximize its full value
  • Provide recommendations, as needed, that will enhance productivity and efficiency across all teams
  • Utilize SF administrator skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality Salesforce
  • Ensure data integrity by performing data audits and modeling for internal and external data and control access rights and security settings within Salesforce
  • Partner with management, business units and end-users to create and manage Salesforce functionality
  • Develop, create, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Ensure user adoption by demonstrating the value of Salesforce to end users
  • Provide Salesforce training and support to help teams achieve their goals and objectives
  • Drive testing and validation of systems configuration and development
  • Maintain required documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities through systematic measurements and analysis
  • Stay current with the development and release of Salesforce’s capability roadmap and identify applicable new features
  • Act as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical operations problems
  • Manage daily administration of users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts in Salesforce
  • Maintain and support custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules

Relevant Experience

  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering Salesforce
  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree with 3+ years of operations, project management, or quantitative analysis experience
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, at minimum
  • Solid understanding & knowledge of SFDC configuration including Custom Object Relationships, Automations (Workflows, Flows, Process Builder), Chatter, etc.
  • Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce customization projects from end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
  • Experience managing core tools in a GTM tech stack (Cirrus Insight, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • SaaS experience is a plus
