Resource Innovations is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and ensuring the successful configuration and implementation of Salesforce based software solutions to meet their specific needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and guiding them through the software configuration process. Your expertise in both customer relationship management and Salesforce configuration will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Configure and customize software solutions to align with client specifications and goals.
  • Lead demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on software functionality and best practices.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating client feedback and requirements effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products.
  • Monitor and track client accounts to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of proven experience Salesforce Administration or other relational database experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly with SaaS products, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment

The compensation range for this exempt position is $65000 - $133250. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. This range may be exceeded for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.
