Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Lead sales training, ensure understanding of business priorities and strategies, conduct business and team diagnosis with business value in mind, develop training strategies and plans based on needs, and design competency development programs.

Training Implementation and Effectiveness Tracking
-
Implement and evaluate training programs, performance programs, training courses and workshops to help the supported teams to develop cross-functional cooperation; use data to evaluate the effectiveness of training and collect feedback to iterate the training work.

Ensure that the sales team has excellent product and disease knowledge and applies it well in daily sales visits;

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the business team fully understands and executes the marketing strategy;

Conducting field coaching to track behavioral changes in sales reps and regional sales managers to help them continuously improve their capabilities;

Ensure system curriculum implementation
-
Execute sales core system training: according to RSM/ASM/SI's competency development focus and training objectives, manage training content and effect evaluation feedback mechanism, and continuously optimize to ensure the practicality and effectiveness of core training content.

Enhance the operational efficiency of core training: optimize the operational plan and implementation of SOP, reduce training costs, and enhance the efficiency of online + offline hybrid training.

Enhance the quality of core system courses: Participate in and strictly implement the core course certification of internal teachers, give counseling and feedback.
Qualification Required:
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above, medical or related majors preferred
Qualification:
-
5-8 years of sales experience in an Hematology/Solid tumor related field; ability to diagnose and identify current business direction in the oncology field
-
3-5+ years of training experience; extensive experience in curriculum design, especially experience extraction and instructional activity design
-
+3 years of people management experience
-
Strong project building and management skills, able to promote cross-departmental cooperation and lead performance projects to achieve results
-
Strong cross-team communication skills, keen insight into cross-functional needs and business models, and flexible in adjusting communication direction.
