As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers directly in a face to face setting. Your role will involve working in the field, creating strong relationships with clients, and helping them find the best solutions to meet their needs. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. 
Responsibilities as a Sales Trainee: 

  • Execute sales presentations to potential customers on behalf of our clients.  
  • Engage face to face with customers throughout an assigned territory. 
  • Our Sales Representative will provide extraordinary customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Actively listen to customer needs, offering solutions that align with our products and services. 
  • Drive sales by engaging with potential and existing customers face to face.
  • Work in the field to promote products and services, building strong customer relationships. 
  • Participate in daily Sales Representative meetings to discuss challenges and collaborate on solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate them to customers. 
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with product knowledge and sales strategies.


Requirements as a Sales Trainee: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus. 
  • A natural “people person” with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the sales field. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, field based environment.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to various sales locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time during face to face sales engagements.
