We are seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager for the Pacific Northwest Area (ID, WA, OR, AK) to join our sales team. You'll build and maintain relationships with HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork/sheet metal fabricators. This role is a remote position offering a competitive base salary, lucrative variable compensation opportunity (VCO), and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:

  • Promote HVAC products through meetings, site visits, calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Grow sales by maintaining existing business and prospecting new accounts.
  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment at duct fabrication shops.
  • Communicate sales volumes and maintain CRM records.
  • Analyze pricing and respond to competitive actions.
  • Network at trade shows and industry events.
  • Conduct product training for distributors.
  • Travel 50-75%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a regional or territory sales manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary - $60,000-$80,000 (Exempt) including Variable Compensation Opportunity (VCO) upwards of $100,000+ total compensation.
