Grasso Technology Center Piston Compressors, part of the GEA Group, is a leading Dutch company (since 1858) where complex refrigeration compressors and heat pumps are developed and produced for our customers worldwide, particularly in the beverage and food industry. With a continuous focus on innovation and market leadership, over 100 expert and motivated colleagues work in the Brabant capital in a modern (LEAN) working environment within a historic factory building.
For our factory in Den Bosch, we are looking for a Sales Support Employee.

Responsibilities / Tasks

The Sales Support Employee provides both technical and commercial support to the local, region and country organization for successful sales of new piston compressors and units.

Your role?

• You are the first point of contact for technical questions and possibilities regarding delivery times, prices and current quotations and orders for suction compressors and units.

• Review and process orders in various automated systems.

•  Assisting in the preparation and execution of company and product presentations (manning the stand, advising) and other promotional matters.

• Occasionally assist in preparing required transport documents. Preparation of invoices and packing lists.

•  Observing new needs in the market and thereby supporting the sales support manager and product managers in further developing the product portfolio.

• Develop improvements in the quotation and order process between departments.

• Initiating and supporting improvements in the product configuration software.

• You will consult internally with the various departments on market development, logistics and improvement projects.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• You have a completed Mbo or Hbo degree with a technical background.

• At least 3 years work experience in a commercial, technical environment (refrigeration experience is a preference)

• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude is second nature to you.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and German is an advantage.
