Summary: The Sales Support Consultant partners with Regional Consultants to support revenue growth and operational efficiencies on the Consultant’s book of business.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Pipeline Management. Work with the RFP/Quote team to support the flow of RFP work with carriers and clients by securing missing information from clients and carriers, responding to analyst inquiries around the quoting process, and providing analysts with case level guidance, when appropriate.
  • Drive Revenue through Migration Results. Focus on accounts with migration opportunity to drive new revenue for Centro and our brokers firms through moving accounts to Tier 1 carriers and adding additional coverages.
  • Proactive Renewal Block Management. Work proactively to identify highest value accounts where Centro is not being compensated today to provide solutions and generate Migration Revenue.
  • Manage Daily and Tactical Projects Items that emerge related to Process and Product requests from Brokers such as Product Guides, Benefit Technology Resource Guides, and other tools for brokerage teams to leverage.
  • Relationship Management. Develop meaningful relationships with producer and AE teams at key brokerage accounts to help increase team availability and visibility.  
  • Carrier Relations. Maintain a meaningful knowledge of the carrier market to be able to guide the analyst team on what carriers are best fit in terms of industry, appetite, size, product mix, integrations, and other factors that would lead for the best client outcomes. Develop personal relationships with our key carriers and their sales and retention teams.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 years+ of industry experience preferred
  • Must have a practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications
  • Valid life and health insurance license, required

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $150,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
