About the Role:
As a Sales Support Associate, you will be at the front line of assisting our sales representatives and channel partners in various administrative and operational tasks. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless sales processes, contributing to customer satisfaction, and fostering an efficient sales environment. You will gain valuable experience in sales operations, enabling the team to achieve its goals effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing customer orders and handling basic order management tasks.
• Prepare and distribute customer quotes under supervision.
• Maintain and update sales information in the company's CRM system.
• Provide product training materials to sales representatives and partners.
• Support sales events by preparing necessary documentation and logistics.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist in tracking sales activities and generating standard reports.
• Handle routine coordination tasks between different departments.
• Compile and maintain sales records and documentation.
• Perform other basic administrative tasks to support the sales process.
Skills:
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Knowledge of basic CRM functionalities to maintain and update sales data.
• Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills for routine correspondence.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling order processing and data entry tasks.
• Documentation: Basic proficiency in preparing and maintaining sales materials.
• Problem Solving: Ability to address and escalate common issues encountered in sales support.
• Time Management: Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
