Broadridge is hiring a Sales Support and Operations Analyst to act as a critical intermediary between the Sales team and other departments—including Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success, Pre-sales, Licensing, and Business Unit Executive Teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication, enhancing sales processes, and supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft customer agreements and ensure necessary approvals are obtained, properly documented, and archived.

  • Review and send contracts to authorized signatories, adhering to internal procedures.

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to review and validate closed sales monthly, ensuring reporting and accounting accuracy.

  • Work with the Invoicing team to create and maintain billing-related Jira tickets, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing while addressing contract elements like price increases, terminations, and renewals.

  • Develop and improve sales processes and procedures, including updates to the CRM system (Salesforce).

  • Train and support Sales Representatives and other teams on using the CRM tool effectively.

  • Provide commission support to the sales teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with goals.

What You Bring

  • 4-6 years of experience in business processes, such as Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, or in financial domains.

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.

  • A strong appetite for improving, automating, and streamlining processes.

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
