Broadridge is hiring a Sales Support and Operations Analyst to act as a critical intermediary between the Sales team and other departments—including Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success, Pre-sales, Licensing, and Business Unit Executive Teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication, enhancing sales processes, and supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Draft customer agreements and ensure necessary approvals are obtained, properly documented, and archived.

Review and send contracts to authorized signatories, adhering to internal procedures.

Collaborate with the Finance team to review and validate closed sales monthly, ensuring reporting and accounting accuracy.

Work with the Invoicing team to create and maintain billing-related Jira tickets, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing while addressing contract elements like price increases, terminations, and renewals.

Develop and improve sales processes and procedures, including updates to the CRM system (Salesforce).

Train and support Sales Representatives and other teams on using the CRM tool effectively.

Provide commission support to the sales teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with goals.
What You Bring

4-6 years of experience in business processes, such as Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, or in financial domains.

Post-secondary education in a relevant field.

A strong appetite for improving, automating, and streamlining processes.

Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
