THE ROLE
Our growing company is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Support and Operations Administrator to join our team. This role will be impactful on our sales operations and digital transformation efforts, providing critical support in reviewing and routing email inquiries , assist with content updates for our Sales Enablement platform, CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning tool) support, and administrative assistance in various corporate initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor, review, and route incoming email inquiries to the appropriate department or individual in the Industrial Sales shared email inbox
· Manage the “New Accounts” email box
· Provide CRM support, including, but limited to, validating and creating new Accounts and Opportunities
· Provide P21 (ERP) support as it relates to new Account creation and validation of address changes
· Ad hoc support of Modus Sales Enablement platform.
· Assist with managing and updating sales process documentation for
· Assist in the execution of special projects related to corporate initiatives, sales transformation, and digital transformation
· Participate in data cleansing efforts, helping maintain accurate and valuable business data.
· Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement and suggest changes that can increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Essential:
· College Diploma
· Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
· Ability to work cross-functionally and with other business units and stakeholders
· Experience in a sales or administrative role (preferred within the industrial distribution sector)
· Proficiency in email management and handling, with a knack for organization and attention to detail
· Understanding of content management
· Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
· Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
· CRM experience strongly preferred; ERP experience preferred
