If you are passionate about driving initiatives and executing processes that will support, grow, and develop managers and bankers, a role as a Sales Strategy Support Analyst II is for you.
As a Sales Strategy Support Analyst II within Business Banking, you'll leverage your analytical skills and client-focused experiences to support initiatives and execute ongoing processes that allow our Business Banking Remote team members to be more efficient and effective in their roles-all while delivering a world-class client experience. The Sales Strategy Support Analyst II will utilize their extensive analytical and communication skills to take data insights and strategy to drive impact, and represent the team on a variety of initiatives.
Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis, modeling, and forecasting to understand and drive banker performance
  • Develop and deliver senior management presentations, and incorporate appropriate analyses, knowledge of business, and management priorities in a simple and compelling way
  • Participate in the discussion and review of analyses and presentations
  • Represent the Remote team on a variety of initiatives (i.e. testing concepts through pilot programming, introducing new leads/activities, etc.)
  • Travel occasionally required


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 2 years of business or financial analysis experience
  • General quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills with an ability to execute on multiple fronts at the same time
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as a capacity to learn quickly and develop new strategic frameworks in complicated environments
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with individuals across different Lines of Business and among senior leadership
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and possesses executive presentation skills
  • Team player with a high level of motivation, dependability, and intelligence
  • Ability to travel


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Access, Tableau, and/or other analytical reporting software
  • Working understanding of statistics
  • Knowledge of or experience with branch and/or remote banking
  • Experience in supporting client-focused environments
