Due to our ongoing development, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. The role will focus on expanding sales of new solutions, equipment, and modernization projects in the eastern region of the country. Responsibilities:
- Develop sales of both new equipment and modernization solutions.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions from KONE portfolio that meet those expectations.
- Collaborate with the Customer Solution Engineering department to design custom solutions based on client requirements.
- Drive solution-selling methodology with architects, developers, and investors in the early phases of projects.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
- Create and share leads and sales opportunities with the broader KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling).
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Experience in technical sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- A technical background would be beneficial.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to travel within the country.
