Seeking a sales powerhouse to lead growth and impact lives! The Sales Specialist reports directly to the Corporate Head of Sales, they are responsible for the general marketing, and leasing activity in a market.  The Sales Specialist must have a strong sales/leasing knowledge and be proficient in setting/achieving sales and occupancy goals.

  • Lead and develop strategies to ensure policies and practices for achieving business results are aligned with the organization's mission and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement successful strategies regarding occupancy and quality of services.
  • Provide leadership and influence in ensuring optimal performance to enable teams to succeed.
  • Provide orientation and training to new sales team members.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership team and the field operations team to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Support others in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.
  • Influence the actions and opinions of others in a desired direction. Exhibit judgment in leading others to meet worthwhile objectives.
  • Solve problems skills that exhibit judgment and a realistic understanding of the issues. Able to use reason, even when dealing with emotional topics.
  • Build and maintain a high performing team and keeps morale high.
  • Builds and maintains productive, work-focused relationships with team, residents, their families, corporate, regional, and divisional resources and within the community.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you should bring

  •  Three or more years related business experience in skilled, assisted living, or retirement living facility/community management.
  • Successful history of building sales and meeting financial goals.
  • Multi-site business operations experience.
  • Documented success in exceeding business financial goals.
  • Excellent reputation in management and leadership.
  • Will be required to travel extensively on behalf of Company.
  • Able to define realistic, specific goals and objectives. Able to define task and deliverables necessary to meet goals.
  • Able to clearly present information through the spoken word. Can accurately communicate, providing the necessary level of detail even under stressful or demanding conditions. Ensures a position attitude and team orientation is exhibited in verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Able to relate to routine operations in a manner that is consistent with existing solutions to problems. Conforms to and communicates established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in outside networking events in the communities surrounding primary community, and communities assigned as needed, to foster excellent working relationships with outside referral source.

Our longstanding industry relationships allow us to self-manage assets as well as partner with well-regarded, blue-chip local operators.

  • 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
