Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:

  • Present and promote AT&T’s products, services, and promotions to potential customers, ensuring a positive and informative buying experience.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge, competitive market research, and effective sales strategies to close deals and outpace competitors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive customer acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Representative team on new strategies, trends, and sales techniques to continually improve results.
  • Monitor daily performance, set individual and team goals, and evaluate metrics to exceed client sales targets.
  • Train alongside experienced consultants and senior client relations staff to sharpen your skills and learn best practices.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and on-site sessions to stay updated on product launches, promotional strategies, and customer acquisition goals.

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or any client-facing role preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to our Houston office.
