We are seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high level of initiative, a passion for serving our agent partners, and a desire to positively impact Germania’s future growth. In this role, you will educate, advise, recruit, and motivate Germania’s independent agent partners. You will be responsible for ensuring successful and mutually beneficial agency relationships and providing accountability for productive and profitable business results. To serve in the Sales Representative role, you must demonstrate outstanding communication and relationship management skills, prioritize exceptional service, and positively represent the Germania name. This position requires a self-motivated individual who works well independently, analyzes data to drive business improvements, and eagerly adapts to change. This position involves frequent travel throughout South Central Texas to conduct agency visits to strengthen relationships, provide business insight, create growth strategies, and identify opportunity areas. (Please note: it is not a requirement for the candidate to live in Austin/San Antonio, but must be willing to drive to the territory on a regular basis.)
