**Remote Position**

Serigraph is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling print solutions, specializing in point of sales, soft signage (dye sublimation), Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) displays, environmental graphics, and retail applications. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the print industry, with a focus on large format digital printing, roll-to-roll digital printing, and dye sublimation processes.


Sales Representative Responsibilities -

  • Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of large format digital printing, roll-to-roll digital printing, dye sublimation, and related applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in large format printing, point of sales, soft signage, QSR displays, environmental graphics, and retail applications.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the print process, including the technical aspects of large format digital printing and dye sublimation.
  • Client Consultation
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on print solutions, offering customized recommendations that align with client objectives.
  • Project Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of print projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production and design, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Market Research
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, assess competitor offerings, and stay informed about emerging trends.
  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Possess a strong technical understanding of large format digital printing, roll-to-roll digital printing, and dye sublimation processes.
  • Articulate technical details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Customer Education
  • Educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of various print solutions, guiding them in making informed decisions.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations to enhance client understanding of the print process. 

Sales Representative Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices.
  • Understands departmental procedures and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiating skills.
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Sales Representative Experience Preferred

  • Proven experience as a Print Sales Representative, preferably with a focus on large format digital printing and dye sublimation.
  • Strong understanding of point of sales, soft signage, QSR displays, environmental graphics, and retail applications.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
