The Position
To protect, develop and consolidate business in local private and public markets, with a clear customer centricity focus, expanding the market through each specific product line, in a compliant and sustainable manner to increase our market share to increase access to CA&C population to our solutions.
The Opportunity:
● Planning, monitoring and accomplishment of the country annual and by business unit budget and KPI ́s
● Responsible of maintaining current customers first class service
● Contribute with the local business development by executing sales with private and public customers and in a cross functional way with other commercial functions
● Responsible of implementing local marketing actions and strategies
● Responsible of identifying new business opportunities in the market and its follow up to concrete them
● Search for new business opportunities in order to protect, develop and expand the market
● Communicate and present to customers the advantages, benefits and medical value of Roche products
● Weekly planning, account presentation on time according to the standards established by year
● Customer Relationship Management according to Rexis Sales
● Maintain current customers
● Follow up of monthly orders and responsible of orders management (reagents and consumables) in accordance with customer contracts
● Contribute with the disposables control, country expenses and account receivable according to target
● Develop channel filling strategy in current accounts
● Follow up tender processes since the pretender process until the tender presentation
● Organize and execute Roche products and solutions presentations to customers
● Develop and execute marketing activities with customers as defined in the local or regional Marketing Plan
● Responsible of management, follow up and achievement of the budget of assigned tenders and customers budget as defined in the sales business plan
● Directly support the local business planning process with the information and analysis of the assigned tender and customers
● Active participation in the respective squads to support sustain, conquer or shape functions, totally aligned with affiliate and LATAM (if required) Networks objectives and ambitions.
Who you are:
● Healthcare related degree (Microbiology preferred), other professional degrees will be considered.
● Significant experience on sales or marketing in the healthcare industry, is a plus to have experience in vitro diagnostics companies.
● Proven experience in IVD products and/or analyzers
● Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), certificate of proficiency will be appreciated.
● Availability to travel regularly (locally or overseas)
