We have a great job opportunity for a Sales Representative to be part of our Aftermarket Industrial team which is located in Terrassa (Barcelona).

The selected person will be responsible will be focused on developing and increasing the aftermarket business in Italy, by selling in a designed area and following a well-defined sales process and CRM usage.

This position requires excellent communication skills in contacting many kinds of customer in a professional and considerate manner, in order to develop valuable customer relationships with customers and increase profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in your region via phone
- Focus on specified regions to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact
- Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts
- Resolves customer issues/problems, researches, and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales
- Make the standard quotes for the supported customers
- Follow-up by phone all open quote (standard and non-standard) requests
- Follow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active as reactive requests)
- Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact to grow their business
- Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace
- Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups
- May travel to customer locations occasionally

Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Previous experience in a sales position, preferably at least 2 years
- Language skills: Italian and English  
- Extrovert personality that is driven by sales
- Excellent communication and telephone contact skills (focus on making 20 calls per day)
- Having a good technical skillset to understand our products
- Good CRM knowledge and other PC skills to allow quick customer "on the spot" support
