Job Summary:

Crisp is leading the search for a motivated Sales Development Representative for Fikse Wheels to help drive sales growth and streamline sales processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of Fikse Wheels' sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating, qualifying, and closing leads, while maintaining the company's high standards of excellence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Processes:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, answer questions, and generate sales quotes.
  • Qualify new leads and nurture relationships through phone, email, text, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with potential leads and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Offer customer and sales support, addressing inquiries and collaborating to meet customer needs.
  • Keep accurate records in FreshSales CRM and QuickBooks.
  • Work with the CEO, COO, and marketing team to implement strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Identify and pursue new retail and dealer opportunities through LinkedIn and networking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective closing techniques.

Sales Strategy:

  • Execute proven sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the market presence of Fikse Wheels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Sales Operations:

  • Own and manage sales operations, including order processing, pricing, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to optimize the sales process.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a sales scorecard and provide regular updates to senior management on performance and trends.

CRM Maintenance & Technology:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data entry in FreshSales CRM.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of FreshSales CRM, ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Utilize various software tools, including G Suite, Zoom, and others, to streamline sales processes.

Dealer Network:

  • Work to maintain relationships with current dealers and identify new dealer opportunities.
  • Engage with dealers through surveys and communications, collaborating with the team to implement improvements.

This is a great opportunity to play a crucial role in the continued success and growth of Fikse Wheels while building strong relationships and driving revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (equivalent work experience will also be considered).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as FreshSales, HubSpot, or Salesforce, as well as sales analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Zoom, and other cloud-based tools.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • A genuine passion for cars and a solid mechanical understanding of wheels is highly preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Salary Range:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Commission
  • On-Target Earnings: $85,000 - $125,000
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
