Introduction:
This role is focused on developing and increasing after-market sales. By handling and maximizing aftermarket calls with customers to pro-actively develop the customer base. Additionally by handling standard incoming quote requests and by ensuring close follow-up on all open quote (standard and non-standard) requests. In the role, both pro-active as well as re-active requests will be handled. This role maintains the 100% relationship ownership of AFM business with assigned customers withing the region this person supports.
This role needs to understand customer needs and to utilize that knowledge to secure business for IAF & Industrial Gases (CAF). The position requires skills in contacting many kinds of customers in a professional and considerate manner hence developing valuable customer relationships designed to increase profitable sales within the assigned regions and in mapping the customer profile in CRM database.
Role Responsibilities:

Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone.

Focus on a specified regions to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.

Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.

Resolves customer issues/problems, researches, and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.

Make the standard quotes for the supported customer base.

Follow-up by phone all open quote (standard and non-standard) requests for the supported customer base.

Follow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active as reactive requests)

Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact to grow their business.

Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace.

Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups.

May travel to customer locations occasionally.

This job really exists in selling via phone in a designated area as per a well-defined sales process and CRM usage.
Minimum Qualifications:

Fluent English and Dutch both written and spoken

Commercially driven
-
Ability to contact customers in a pro-active way.

Telephone contact skills are an important asset for this job. Focus on making 20 Calls every Day.

Being very swift and fast with CRM and other PC skills to allow quick customer “on the spot” support
Preferred Qualifications:

Good comprehension of French and other European languages is a plus.

Having good technical skillset to understand our products for a first level of immediate customer responses.

Experience in handling standard quote requests

Experience in working with an Inside Sales Team when needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
