Your role :-
Compliance
-
Adhere to company to company and store policies regarding working hours, procedures, uniform, appearance, behaviors and conduct
-
Maintain a professional and polished appearance while providing exceptional consultancy to customers
Sales Performance
-
Follow sales directions, promotions and programs as instructed by your TDS/Supervisor
-
Track daily and weekly sales performance, ensuring monthly sales targets are met
-
Accurately record all sales data
-
Provide excellent customer service, build relationships with floor sales staff and store managers
-
Monitor store inventory levels and request additional stock from TDS/Supervisor/Sales as needed to meet sales targets
Training meeting
-
Engage in self-learning and participate in training/coaching sessions on designated platforms as assigned by the management team
-
Complete all required examinations and assessments
-
Ensure accurate and comprehensive product information and service delivery to customers
-
Participate in all the meetings required by management team
Merchandising & PSOM
-
Ensure that Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and displayed products are correctly places, visible and in good condition
-
Report any issues or damages with merchandising or POSM to the TDS
Reporting
-
Use the FieldCheck apps as daily basis to report on check in/check out, sell-out, planogram, inventory, price tracking, market feedback and instore activities accurately and on-time

Requirements: -

Proven working experience with 2 to 3 years in same position, preferably in the home appliances sector

Sales driven and resulted driven
-
Proficiency with mobile reporting apps, particularly FieldCheck
-
Excellent communication and product consulting skills
