About This Role: 

Joining Crusoe as a Strategic Revenue Operations Manager offers you the chance to make a significant impact on both the company’s growth and the environment. You'll build and scale the revenue operations function to optimize customer acquisition, minimize customer churn, and maximize marketing efficiency as our sales team and customer base expand.

A Day In The Life:

  • Develop a Holistic Revenue Strategy and Improve Tracking: Link dispersed systems across compute, storage, and managed services to form a cohesive revenue strategy. Enhance revenue reporting and address current gaps in tracking revenue mix, customer types, geography, and churn.

  • Manage and Analyze Complex Revenue Streams: Handle diverse revenue models with contracts across various products. Provide critical insights into revenue distribution, customer trends, and product profitability to influence sales strategy and optimize processes.

  • Engage with Diverse Customer Segments and Support International Expansion: Work with startups, digital native businesses, and enterprises. As Crusoe grows internationally, track and optimize revenue operations across new geographic markets, adding a crucial dimension to our strategy.

  • Coordinate Across Departments: Interface and collaborate with sales, business development, finance, accounting, and marketing teams to align revenue operations and optimize overall business performance.

  • Prepare for Future Growth and Scaling: Define commission structures and establish processes to guide our expanding sales team. Build the sales operations and analytics organization to support future growth.

You Will Thrive in this Role if: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the technology sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimize revenue operations functions from the ground up.

  • Expertise in analyzing complex revenue streams and data to provide actionable insights.

  • Ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales processes.

  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.

  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, HubSpot, or similar platforms for creating dashboards and reports.

  • Background in building and scaling sales operations during rapid company growth.

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $230,000-$265,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
