As a Sales Operations Manager at Intuition Machines, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, enhancing the productivity of our sales team, and enabling the achievement of revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales leadership team, and cross-functionally with various departments, to streamline operations, provide data-driven insights, and support the development of strategies for sustained growth.

What will you do:

  • Assess and improve the efficiency of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and implement standardized sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain and develop sales data analytics and reporting systems.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of sales technology and tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ensure the sales team is effectively trained and utilizing these tools to maximize productivity.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to maintain data integrity and accuracy. 
  • Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust as needed to ensure success.
  • Lead sales training and onboarding programs to improve team skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer experiences.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, communicating needs and feedback.
  • Document and maintain sales processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to established sales protocols.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in sales technology and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
