Join our team as a Sales Operations Manager! This dynamic role will oversee and optimize our sales processes and operations across our mass market retailers, including Target, Walmart, and Amazon. This opportunity is critical in driving efficiency and creating alignment between our retail sales strategies and execution. If you have a deep understanding of mass market retail dynamics and enjoy collaborating across multiple stakeholders, this role is for you.
A few (but not all) of the key responsibilities:
- Partner with our Sales Agencies on a day-to-day business operations, serving as the internal liaison between teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for our Key Accounts.
- Manage the Marketplace (3P) assortment, pricing, and availability across Key Accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of sales forecasts to internal teams.
- Oversee compliance with retailer requirements, including EDI processes, chargebacks, and vendor scorecards.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for our third-party sales agencies, ensuring smooth communication and issues resolution.

Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Business, Sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
