Merkle | Cardinal Path requires a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage all aspects of the Google Analytics licensing renewals process as well as ensuring accuracy of the company’s pipeline management system (NetSuite) as well as the Google pipeline management system (Salesforce).  As a significant portion of our business, this role requires attention to detail, timeliness, accuracy, and the ability to always be 3 months ahead of the game. This position will work closely with our Client Success, Client Services, Net New and Operations teams and reports to the Sales Operations Team Lead.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage net-new and renewal processes related to all Google Marketing Platform products
  • Support Sales Operations Team Lead on GMP 360 renewal contract, including 18 month rolling pipeline with NetSuite system
  • Creation of relevant documentation and pricing tools 3 months prior to renewal dates
  • Supporting Client Success and Client Services teams on each client to provide relevant information for the renewal
  • Creation and submission of Google GMP Purchase Orders
  • Handoff of net-new licenses for activation
  • Maintenance of Google Analytics Premium Reseller tracking
  • Management of Google Tech Maturity leads
  • Support the Sales Operations team
  • Weekly team meetings & meetings with the Sales Operations Team Leader
  • Oversee and QA team’s maintenance of Google’s CRM opportunities and synchronization with NetSuite opps
  • Maintain NetSuite sales related records for GMP 360 renewals
  • Opportunities & Proposals (including all data points such as pricing, items, COGS, etc.)
  • Sales Calculators
  • NetSuite maintenance of clients
  • Liaison with Google Marketing Platform (GMP) License team to ensure timely and proper renewal and activation of licenses
  • Contract Validation
  • Review of all NetSuite sales when they are approaching final sale
  • Creation of Sales Orders after completion of sale
  • Ensure accuracy of NetSuite Proposal line items, sales calculators, and relevant documents

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in business or tech fields)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work remotely, and flexibly across multiple time zones.
  • One year of experience in a client facing role.
  • Two years of experience in a Sales Operations role.
  • Should have CRM system experience, ideally with NetSuite.s

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • High-level understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and its respective licensing models.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Working experience with sales documentations such as SOW, Order Forms, Change Orders, etc
  • Intermediate legal language interpretation
  • Ability to provide direction, mentorship, and guidance to team members regarding all aspects of the relevant roles
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities accordingly, while working with several key stakeholders
  • Desire to continuously improve process
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe Sign, and NetSuite
