As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for colleagues and customers, keeping schedules, documentation, and feedback. This role focuses on enabling the effective coordination of sales efforts, tracks metrics, and supports client acquisition and retention strategies through seamless communication and accurate sales documentation maintenance.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Operations Coordinator at Qualco will include:
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather, update, and refine sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents;
- Generating weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, client engagement, and other key metrics, providing insights to guide business development efforts;
- Maintaining department records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers (CRM, Navision etc.);
- Acting as a conduit for feedback from clients and partners;
- Organizing, documenting, and managing contracts, NDAs, proposals, and other formal documents related to business development and client onboarding;
- Scheduling appointments, team meetings & keep MoM;
- Ensuring adherence to office policies and procedures;
- Collaborating with various departments, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal, to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on client needs and project deliverables;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years proven experience in in sales coordination, business development support, or similar roles or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Experience in MS Dynamics CRM will be an asset;
- Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills;
- Ability to multitask, handle data, documentation, pipeline tracking and prioritize workload;
- A team player with high level of dedication;
- Comfortable with digital sales tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms;
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales will be an asset; and
- Firm command of the English language, oral and written communication skills.
