Grab enables advertisers, agencies, and merchants to engage the Grab Ecosystem and audience through offerings. The unique ecosystem allows clients to reach desired audiences at scale and guide measurable outcomes. Get to Know the Role
You will work with Sales Operations, Commercial, Product Analytics, and Finance teams. Your responsibility includes developing strategies and tools to allow the Sales teams to promote and deliver services within Grab's ecosystem. You will contribute to sales strategy, customer segmentation, organizational structure, process improvement, and business analytics.
You will report directly to the Regional Manager of Sales Operations. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas Grab office with flexible work arrangements
The Critical Tasks You will Perform:
- You will be an important partner to the Commercial Country Head managing the Philippines and the Country Sales Managers.
- You will lead the end-to-end execution of Country Market Planning and Business Reviews.
- You will create data into monitoring and analyzing main sales and our performance indicators and trends for strategic decisions.
- You will provide sales and market data intelligence analysis for business cases using both internal and external data.
- You will use sales data and indicators using tools like Salesforce.com, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
- You will enforce pricing and discount policies.
- You will collaborate with Regional Operations Teams to roll out new solutions for improving the efficiency of Sales Operations processes in the country.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You will Need
- Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business.
- At least 3 years of experience in business and sales operations in Adtech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
- Interest in digital advertising sales and familiarity with Grab's ecosystem.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and enforcing processes.
- Work across a matrix environment in a setting.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce.com is required. Power BI and Tableau experience are advantageous.
