As a Junior Campaign Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our advertising sales force's productivity by streamlining operational processes. In this role, you'll undertake tasks that support various sales functions and contribute to the smooth execution of sales activities. Your work will help drive the efficiency and reliability of our sales operations, ensuring our sales team can achieve their targets.

**This is a Hybrid role requiring 2 days in a Wolters Kluwer Office**
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels (email, display advertising, and custom executions).

  • Collaborate with Sales colleagues to optimize campaign strategies and complete proposal templates.

  • Attend to client/agency asks as the day-to-day advertising contact.

  • Update internal systems (calendars, customer relationship management system, order management system) with booked business.

  • Execute, monitor, and analyze routine sales reports and analytics to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to Sales colleagues and customers.

  • Engage closely with the Sales, Operations, and Product teams to determine the best implementations and reasonable schedules for executing campaign changes.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.

  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to create and optimize content for e-newsletter campaigns.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • 1 year of digital campaign management or related experience

  • Understanding of digital advertising and content integration capabilities or other relevant experience

Required:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. 

  • Ability to understand and analyze campaign metrics and generate actionable insights.

  • Ability to communicate actionable findings to non-technical audience in clear and concise language.

  • Ability to do media math (simple algebra) to gain insights and make recommendations.

  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities while managing customer expectations.

  • Capability to identify issues and propose solutions.

  • Organization and planning skills

  • Ability to provide clear vision and direction to clients.

  • Attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines.

  • Effective interaction and collaboration with team members and customers

  • Professionalism and integrity

  • Self-starter

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environment.

Preferred:

  • Basic experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, AdBook, or similar tools.

  • Experience in healthcare/medical sector desired, but not required.

  • Experience with online and offline products.
