We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role will support our Sales and Finance teams by conducting contract reviews, analyzing and organizing sales data, and provide sales performance reporting. You will leverage your expertise in accounting, revenue reporting, and sales analytics to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision making.

What You Will Be Doing:

Contract Review and Processing:

  • Review sales contracts and agreements globally to ensure accuracy and compliance with Finance company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately maintain, audit, and reconcile the database of contract information within the CRM and Mintel’s sales performance tracking Excel sheets.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential risks in contracts and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Collaborate with our legal department to ensure contract terms and conditions are appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider commercial team.
  • Accurately maintain, audit, and reconcile the database of contract information within CRM and internal tracking systems.
  • Help produce related monthly reporting
  • To carry-out any other ad-hoc task given by Line Manager

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, related field, or qualified by relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, contract administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms - Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey audit findings to peers and management.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of data management accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Subscription Sales or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • MUST be able to work on UK & US timing - (10pm - 5am)
  • MUST be fluent Mandarin speaker
  • Able to work Malaysian holidays that clash with UK and US
