JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
■ Promote a positive, professional image of Clarios and its brands by the delivery of quality, accurate and timely information and assistance to internal and external customers both verbal, written and in person
■ Work as a responsive and effective link between customers, field staff and management and other cross functional teams(Commercial, Marketing, SCM, Finance, Production, and PE) by actively managing, processing, reviewing and improving the administrative functions within the sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Product Master Management(incl. Package materials)
• Manage master product list within each region and raise CO for any new product or modification required
■ Price Master Management
• Submit Price change request with CPQ(Annual) and/or EWF(Spot) and manage & distribute customers price book within each region
■ Customer Master Management
• Manage Customer master data with CMF, CPQ, and MDG
■Customer Service Operation
• Coordinate and support customer POs with relevant team
• Track actual order intakes compared to PY, PP and Sales Outlook
• Support all other documentation related within each region
• Engage in customer communication for customer excellence and conduct plant-visiting customer care
• Play key roles in process improvement in collaboration with marketing team
REQUIREMENTS
■ Relevant experience in liaising with customers in a sales environment
■ Demonstrated ability to manage all customer expectations with a key emphasis on sales and customer service.
■ Excellent communication Skills
■ Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
■ Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
■ Coordinate cross-functional efforts and provide direction to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments/tasks based on project plans and schedules for the customer
■ Ability to perform, learn new skills and be flexible in a changing environment
■ Timely and accurate administration aligned to customer stated KPI.
■ Comply with all relevant company policies
