This position supports the onboarding, credit management, and administrative functions critical to Kwai’s operational efficiency. The specialist will act as a central point for data organization, account creation guidance, and follow-up actions on essential workflows.

Data Organization and Verification:

  • Maintain and update detailed customer records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform compliance checks using Receita Federal databases for account and tax validations.

Advertiser Onboarding and Support:

  • Provide step-by-step guidance for new advertisers to create accounts on Kwai’s platform.
  • Resolve onboarding issues in collaboration with sales and system enablement teams.

 Credit Approval and Financial Follow-Up:

  • Assist in submission and tracking of credit approval requests, ensuring timely decisions.

 Operational Efficiency:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including document preparation and system data entry.
  • Communicate process updates to sales teams and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Industry Familiarity:

  • Develop general awareness of advertising trends and the key players in the Brazilian market.

Operational Efficiency and System Development:

  • Collaborate on system enhancements and dashboard development for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support automation initiatives and the creation of internal reports for better operational visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with operational data management, particularly in advertising or finance-related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese for written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
