Job Description
As the Sales & Marketing Operations Administrator at ZenGRC, you will play a critical role in our organization's revenue growth by managing and optimizing our Salesforce and Marketo platforms within our GTM tech stack. This role involves bridging gaps between marketing, sales, customer experience, and finance by ensuring seamless data flow, automation, and reporting across our core systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain both Salesforce and Marketo platforms, including user management, field updates, workflow rules, and automation setup
- Build and optimize integrations between marketing and sales platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting
- Create and maintain marketing automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms in Marketo
- Develop and enforce data quality standards across both platforms, including lead scoring, routing rules, and deduplication processes
- Design and generate cross-functional reports and dashboards that track key marketing and sales metrics
- Provide technical training and documentation for sales and marketing teams on all platform features and processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the primary point of contact for technical support
- Manage and optimize the lead lifecycle from marketing qualification through sales handoff
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or combined roles
- Proven experience building and maintaining Salesforce-Marketo integrations
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and lead management processes
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis
- Experience with complementary tools in the tech stack:
- Sales Enablement: Gong / Gong Engage
- Chatbot: Marketo Dynamic Chat
- Data Enrichment: ZoomInfo
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
