What You’ll Do

Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

Set up tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives and analyze campaign ROI.

Conduct deep-dive analyses like customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and pipeline velocity.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide actionable insights.
Basic Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in data science, business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in sales or marketing analytics, preferably in life sciences or software.
Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets, identifying patterns, and applying statistical concepts (e.g., CLV, regression, cohort analysis).

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Spotfire, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Demandbase, and GA4.

Familiarity with sales and marketing analytics, including funnel analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign ROI evaluation.

A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and uncover growth opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, applying data-driven strategies to support business goals.
