We are looking for a Sales Manager, who will be a significant player in determining market expansion, striking meaningful deals and delivering outstanding sales outcomes. You contribute to our company’s sales objectives and drive revenue growth through long-term client relationships. You lead all sales processes from prospecting to completing deals, under the direction of senior leadership. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business, develop new business, and growing the net sales and margin in the US market.
Essential Job Functions:

Achieve agreed financial and commercial objectives for the territory and/or market field

Participate actively in development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing and sales business plans that increase gross profit and expand market share

Maintain and develop major customers by providing commercial support, and crafting customer visit report and regular sales summaries

Drive new business opportunities and actions for their delivery

Forecast and plan demand accurately

SFDC Account Management, updates, and assistance with Pricing Approval entries

Improve profitability of sales through management of selling prices

Optimize cash flow through management payment terms and overdues

Regularly develop market intelligence required to gain competitive information, as well as to identify new applications for existing products

Provide outstanding customer care to meet business plan objectives

Work with distribution partners to emphasis profitability by identifying valuable components of company products to build market demand

Provide leadership and direction on EHS and core values promoting a safer at Arxada culture
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or related fields.

Business fluent in English

Min. 5+ years proven experience in Sales and/or New Business Development. Experience working in complex large multinational corporations

Strong sales and business development experience.

Good interpersonal skills, effective listening, ability to present key concepts verbally and in written communications

Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills
The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 USD, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
