As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Sales Manager to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Public, Private and Distribution segments. This position will be responsible for managing a Sales Staff in the achievement of QuidelOrtho product sales to new and established laboratory accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves and monitors annual objectives, set in the AOP / Business plan

  • Manages and coaching sales coordinators.

  • Builds and promotes strong and lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.

  • Evaluates sales, revenue and expense reports.

  • Responsible for product and equipment forecasting, installation management and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Business. Desirable MBA.

  • +8 years of sales experience.

  • Experience supervising, coordinating, organizing individuals and planning resources and budgets.

  • Advanced English will be considered a differential

  • Ability to evaluate and collect market intelligence information

  • Quality and responsibility in decision making

  • Customer focus and relationship management

  • Commercial and business insights/intelligence

  • Negotiation and Influence

  • Action-oriented, driven result, implementation capability and agility
