The PositionSales Manager - Filtration South East Asia & ANZ
Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
This position is set up to take care of the existing business and capture further new development in the filtration market in South East Asia and Australia New Zealand Region. The primary focus is sustaining current business and identifying new opportunities in the filtration market in the region. Also the tactical execution of new or existing products strategies to prescribed targets that create market share gains. The successful candidate is expected to have a profound understanding of filtration segments or food/beverage processing background and preferably with related strong market player experience before.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hygiene Safety Environment missions: Ensure compliance with safety rules, educate self on preventive measures to achieve our safety objectives
Commercial plan building, execution & monitoring

Sustain current filtration business and further development related workload in South East Asia and Australia New Zealand , including but not limited to the customers calls and trials, weekly and monthly updates , sampling and order follow up.

Filtration related business development and promotion in the market especially for the new product, including but not limited to diatomite earth filtration segments.

Provide basic technical support and drive the new product or business development in the country which shall be around 20% of total workload.

Distributor management in the region

Coordinate with customer service/finance/operation departments and other BAs concerned in Imerys Group for all business and marketing related activities in filtration related business.

To collect market information, national policy, competitor analysis etc and communicate with supervisor and other management team.

Support and coordinate the filtration related conferences/ seminars/show as a market role in South East Asia and Australia New Zealand .

Well-prepared the required report, technical documents or other paperwork. Proper using CRM, sales force tools in daily work.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering with minimum 3 years sales working experience in industry territory with a strong filtration technology and working experience related background.

Food/beverage processing, chemical and water treatment segments, sales or marketing background will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with integrity

Good spoken and written English, Good spoken Chinese and other languages will be a plus.

Independent with strong troubleshooting skills, self starter
