Smith+Nephew is hiring a Regional Sales Manager Advanced Surgical Devices (ASD).

Join us as a Regional Sales Manager Advanced Surgical Devices (ASD), where you'll take the lead in driving the performance and development of our ASD sales team in Greece. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager ASD, you’ll be accountable for building strong customer partnerships, executing strategic sales plans, and leading a high-performing team of Territory Managers. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on our commercial success in the region.

What you will be doing?

  • Lead and support a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and KPIs.

  • Oversee marketing activities and manage budgets in line with company targets.

  • Develop and execute regional strategic plans across portfolio, segmentation, pricing, and reimbursement.

  • Deliver accurate forecasts (yearly, quarterly, monthly) and monitor sales trends.

  • Build long-lasting relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and driving engagement.

  • Ensure continuous development of the team’s product knowledge and grow Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Represent Smith+Nephew at key events, exhibitions, and meetings in Greece and internationally.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and field visits to monitor team progress and development.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Medical Devices Sales & Marketing.

  • 4+ years in a leadership role managing a Sales team.

  • Strong background in a Direct business model and hospital/OR environment.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent planning, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales (or equivalent).

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); valid Driving Licence.
