North American New Logo Sales Manager:
Texada Software, a leader in enterprise SaaS solutions for equipment dealers and rental companies, is looking for a results-driven North American New Logo Sales Manager to drive our new customer acquisition efforts. This role plays a critical part in Texada’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on ARR growth through new customer expansion. You will build and lead a team of New Logo Sales Executives, ensuring they deliver on Texada’s vision and values while driving market penetration and revenue growth.

Job Location:
This is a fully remote position ideally based in the Eastern or Central time zones of the United States or Canada. The role requires significant travel within North America to connect with customers, team members, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Execution
- Execute and refine Texada’s New Logo GTM strategy to optimize performance and scalability.
- Assess current sales processes, identify gaps, and implement best practices for high-growth execution.
ARR Growth & New Customer Acquisition
- Expand Texada’s customer base through strategic prospecting, targeted sales campaigns, and consultative selling.
- Drive data-driven segmentation and account planning to increase win rates and revenue per account.
Sales Leadership & Execution
- Lead and scale a team of New Logo Sales Executives, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes and ARR goal attainment.
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to accelerate pipeline velocity and improve sales effectiveness.
Demand Generation & Market Expansion
- Partner with Marketing to refine demand generation strategies, optimizing pipeline growth.
- Build and leverage Texada’s Customer & Prospect Database (CaPdB) for precise market segmentation and outreach.
Operational Excellence & Performance Metrics
- Enhance sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Drive a metrics-driven sales culture, ensuring accountability and execution at every stage of the funnel.
Team Development & Coaching
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing new logo sales team with a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide structured coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities for your team.
Customer Engagement & Value Creation
- Engage directly with new prospects, ensuring Texada’s solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Build and maintain executive relationships to support long-term customer success and retention.
Desired Background:
- 5+ years of software sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales (ERP, CRM, HCM, or similar) with a focus on New Logo acquisition.
- Experience growing sales organizations in the $25M-$100M revenue range.
- Background in data-driven SaaS sales environments and a strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
- Industry experience in heavy equipment, fleet management or auto dealership software providers is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
