You bring We offer Apply quickly & easily You will further develop the current sales activities of the direct sales team in Austria at EUROIMMUN and are responsible for expanding new business areas.
Your tasks
• You will manage and grow existing customer relationships, as well as acquire new customers
• You will be the primary contact for your customers and act as a technical and professional consultant, focusing on developing individual laboratory workflows
• You will independently conduct user training and support the technical implementation of EUROIMMUN laboratory automation in close collaboration with technical support
• In your area of responsibility, you will implement sales strategies and work closely with marketing to track the results of regional campaigns
• In addition to documenting all sales activities in the CRM system, tender management will also be part of your tasks
Characteristics
• You will work remotely from your home, ideally located in Austria, in the Vienna area
• Your tasks will also include regular customer visits (approximately 50% travel, mainly within Austria)
• You will be highly independent and motivated to implement sales strategies on your own
• For communication with customers, you need to have German language skills at a c-level proficiency
You bring
• You have a medical-technical qualification as a laboratory assistant, BMA, or similar, or you have completed a natural science degree and have professional experience in applied laboratory diagnostics
• Experience in the practical application of diagnostic methods, especially ELISA, IFT, and blot techniques
• You see yourself as a service provider and impress with excellent presentation skills and negotiation abilities
• Thanks to your confident demeanor and strong communication skills, you are able to address the concerns of your various stakeholders
• You are digitally savvy, creative, and solution-oriented, which helps you develop new sales strategies
